    I was trying to install the cm13 nightly version and while flashing it from the TWRP v3 recovery i get an error saying that there is MD5 file and the flashing fails

You are talking way to fast and you are not explaining how to do anything...like at the beginning you say before anything else make sure you have xsroot installed..WTF is xsroot and where do you get it and how do you install it. You are leaving a lot of grey areas...sorry, looking for a better video.
