How to install TWRP Recovery on the Amazon Kindle fire system V6.3.1 using KFU v0.9.6 Bricked your Kindle Fire? Stuck on the kindle fire screen? Buy a Factory cable from ebay which will boot you into fastboot and you will be able to use KFU to flash FFF and TWRP then restore it.   1. Hi... I am stuck with Provisioning Fail message, I have the factory cable and I can boot into fastboot but I can't seem to boot into recovery mode .. My pc can't detect adb but I can use fastboot.

  3. I've installed USB drivers after allowing unsigned drivers and this thing will NOT go into USB mode when I plug it in to my Win10 computer. Not matter what I do the computer won't recognize it's attached, although it will charge the damned thing.No idea what to do now.

  12. I can't install the drivers. I'm running the Insider version of Windows 10 and when I try to run the installer, it says that there were errors during the installation and  at the bottom there's a table and under status it says "driver install failed." Is there something I can do to get this to work on Windows 10?

  19. None of this works if you have version 6.3.3 or higher.  Just a FYI for everyone.  It gives random errors, mostly "waiting for device" or the panic error.  Still looking into alternatives though.
  20. I have an idea couldn't you just replace the recovery img file i found a recovery img in the system folder
