How to install Official Android 4.3 on Galaxy S4 (I9500)

The final version of the Android 4.3 Jellybean is out for the Galaxy S4 (I9500). Here's how you install/update it. Totally Safe to install. If you face boot loops after installing the firmware , go to the recovery mode (Volume up+power+home) and do a wipe data / factory reset and reboot the phone.
