Follow this instructions for sucsessfully install samsung kies on your windows PC. You can upgrade your firmware with samsung kies NOW. Just install samsung kies and connect your samsung phone. Samsung kies will let you upgrade your firmware. Some samsung phones (ex - Samsung GT - C3262 champ) will not able to install java softwares. By updating your firmware, you can overcome that problem.
