  9. When my PC is powered up, an error message "Error loading operating system" appears (white-on-black letters in text mode). I tried to repair using the orignial Windows 7 DVD, but it didn't work, it just showed a bar loading windows and then a Black Screen... My question is: Does this disc will help me fix this error?
