  1. Thank you very much! This way was the only one that worked for me! I have a Windows 10 installed in a Dell Workstation (w/ UEFI interface) and I needed to install Windows 7 in dual boot. I tried several tutorials included someones at Microsoft community, but no one worked.

For those commenting about your ISO's don't have EFI folder in install.wim file, please, take into account that this method ONLY works in x64 ISO's. x32 and x64&x32 (all in one) ISO's don't have this EFI folder. UEFI boot mode will accept x64 instalations only, that's the reason why this metod won't work with other architecture ISO's. Besides, format your USB device in FAT32 before trying.

  7. Thx for the video, but this doesn't seem to work for me. I'm using what I'm pretty sure is an official Windows 7 Pro 64bit iso, on a flash drive that is GPT, but after doing this, the flash drive still only comes up as an option with legacy enabled, not as UEFI.

  14. hi in my iso file F:\efi\microsoft\boot only have fonts and bcd file...can help?
  15. in my EFI/Windows/Boot folder I only have the [fonts] folder and the "bcd" file. I don't have the cdboot.efi; cdboot_noprompt.efi; efisys; efisys_noprompt. Are those files important to have in there?

  18. I think that It's an awsome video, but where is efisys,cd_boot and the other files in the folder? In my folder there is a folder named "folder" and a file named bcd. Several people have this problem. Please help us.
  19. Want to load Win 7 ultimate 64bit, on a new Asus G20AJ (Win 8.) desktop, from Bestbuy. I get to loading, and blue screen, complaining not complaint, and recommends upgrading Bios. Did that, still no joy! Called Asus support, kid says illegal for him to help me with the (0703) bios settings, and I might not locate win 7 drivers. Told him I might return machine, not happy with my customer service for next 12 months. Local computer guy wants to charge $150 to get install working. Please help.
