  1. Just wanted to say thanks and that you are a part of what makes the internet so great! I had the same issue with the interrupted install that others had. Your directions regarding the Shortcutpinning file worked for me as well on a 8470P.

    One question: I didnt install the older HP Protect Tools as I read it was essentially superseded by HP Client Security. Is there a specific reason for downloading it? Ive got the fingerprint access setup and working fine on the W10 login screen.

  2. i have a problem with installing hp client security i have an error 1722 after click ok in the message box the installation aborted i searched for the solution of this error i found that i should install java then i installed it but the error appear so what should i do .. i have hp elitebook 8460p

  13. Love you for this, when I got my windows 7 pro with the finger print scanner I never got a chance to use it cuz I immediately upgraded to windows 10 to find out oh windows 10 doesn't have it. Now its my first time using it and with windows 10, can't thank you enough.
