is it safe to delete the files in %temp%? cuz when i open %temp% it shows a blizzard entetainment folder and a skype folder

The second part with the prefetch, actually makes your computer slower, cause it has to learn the paths again. The computer wont touch the prefetch files unless you actually start the said programs...So don't do step 2 people, no point. Deleting the files is a myth, maybe just delete the paths that has not been used for a while, if you feel like you just "have to delete something" for that extra placebo effect! ;D
