  11. i isntalled a new touch screen on my galaxy mega 2. screem was working before but it had some scratches. so i put a new one and its not working. i bought a second touch screen thinking the first one was not good. i tried hard reset but i get a message that says E:failed to mount /preload (no such file or directory) what should i do?
