    when it says NO COMMAND and I press the volume up button and power button but nothing happens no other options pop up.......why is this????

  19. Thank you so much! It worked great! The ONLY little thing I had a little trouble with was getting the menu to show at the top. On my Turbo 2 I discovered that I had to first hold the power button in and Then hit the "up" button, rather than holding the "up" button first and then hitting the power button!
