  2. thanks for help, its my last Blackberry... after an update they eat 15,5 GB of memory now cant open any App
  3. i disconnected my battery when it stuck at 99%, than it gave to me an error 0020 and than i connected my bb Q10 on my pc and i opened bbLink to restore the system.... :)

    now it cool again.

  7. hi... can i ask how about if im the second user of bb q10 but i dont know the password of the first user of the phone? now i cant use it because it asking the password..how i will reset it?

  13. I've given up and bought a new Android. Even Blackberry couldn't make the phone work. They deny that their OS is hackable and remotely lockable by other than myself but it happened and that's money down the drain. I wish you could have said how to restore the phone. Resetting it doesn't help if one can't get further than a locked screen but thanks.

  18. Anyone can figure THAT out. I need to figure out how to actually reset and restore. The reset part just kills the phone! Then one sits here with a dead phone!

  20. mine is already more than 24 hrs and its still erasing the memory. Its stuck at 98% for more than 10 hrs. What cud be done? plz help
