  1. Thx for the response
  2. I was just curious how you determined the hard drive was starting to fail? Just thought some of your viewers might want to know so they can check their HDD's.
  3. I purchased the OEM version of my Windows 7, would my OS transfer over with a kit such as this?
  4. I have a 2TB drive with 2 bad sectors on it. I haven't scanned it before and the temps are below 40C. Provided no more bad sectors appear, is this drive safe to use? I have backups of everything ever, I just would like to know if I should be looking for sales.
  5. Yes, there are a few cloning softwares out there, but I haven't tried any. Due to how quickly an OS install can degrade, it's usually better to reinstall manually. If that's not an option, you could try Acronis. That's what WD uses for their migration software so I'd start there.
  6. Is there a way to only transfer the OS
  7. Awww. Cute kids. Lol
  8. Yes, this was a complete OS migration.
  9. Yeah I did. Sorry for the miss speak.
  10. Tim do you mean the X58 chipset?
  11. your kids are so cute
  12. Tim hey there how can you tell if your hard drive is going to fail or is close to failing?
  13. Could you migrate the OS using this kit?
  14. Hey Tim, I love your content and I think you have the knowledge and the passion to do this, but your viewers would be many more if you could increase your intonations and dynamics of your voice during those video. Either way, keep it up.
