  3. It recovered all the photos I didn't care about, then the ones I did want were detected but couldn't be displayed. I got one of them though. :/

  5. I just downloaded and recovered, but the photos did not recover correctly. A few of them exported as solid black image files. And the others are greyed out. When I open them in Preview they say "Locked." Is there a way to fix this?! I'm on a mac. If I select "Get Info" for the file, the option to unlock is greyed out no matter what I do.

  8. I am on a mac and I shoot canon raw. I bought a Targus card reader which I now realize is a terrible product. The Targus card reader has a loose connection and the card reader would disconnect during import which did something weird to the raw files. The raw files were converted to .BR2 which could not be read by any apps on any of my mac or pc computers. I couldn't convert them back to .CR2 either. I gave EaseUS a shot with the free trial and it worked!!! EaseUS was able to recover the .CR2 files for me which I was then able to edit in LR with no problems. Thank you EaseUS!

  10. My friend's sd card formatted a few weeks back. I've just watched this video. What I want to ask is that it's been almost 15-17 days that the card got erased. Can she still recover the deleted data?
  11. Very useful software, with intuitive interface. I could recover all the data I deleted by accident.
  12. I tried recovering some files (videos) and when they are 'recovered' they do not play/open.

  15. i cant even recover one file without having to pay for it at the end. it says it only recover one gb but it wont even recover 22 kb. the options are upgrade and pay or later. ?????????

  20. It cannot see neither a mobile nor SD card connected. Even in your video you didn't show SD card recovery, but restoration from PC hard drive :(
