  15. Bullshit really. What this video and other videos don't tell you is that you can't have your USB cable connected to iTunes when you do the recovery reset on the iPhone, it needs to be plugged into the socket. Then, when you have the 'connect to itunes' logo come up, you can unplug from the power socket and plug into the computer/itunes.
