In this video we will show you how read a Hard drive that was formatted for a Mac computer on your windows machine. Mac computers have a HFS file systems, while Widows computers use an NTFS file system. That is why you are unable to read the mac formatted hard drive on your PC. got the trial version of the program you suggested I was able to see the MAC drive AFTER rebooting as you stated. and my problem went away... thank for the video.
my 2 cents:
I formatted another drive in Win10 using the exFAT file format (instead of ntfs). copied the files from the mac drive to it. This new drive using exFAT will also be available for the MAC with my covered files... -

After that you can go to disk manager under Windows 'Rt click on Computer in file windows explorer and click 'manage to get to disk manager and find the completely empty drive. There you can select it and create a new volume and format it with any file system you want. Save time and just use Windows plus don't download any viruses.
