I got this problem in my phone samsung galaxy core prime, It is when i suddenly click the recovery button in QUICK BOOT app and then my phone restarted and STUCK IN BOOT LOOP. AND HARD RESET WONT WORK/APPEAR i tried it many times please man need a hand in here. TY! HOW WILL I GET INTO THIS PLEASE
