I opened an excel file, then opened 2nd file from this file. All data of first file have been transferred to 2nd file. Is there any way to recover data of 2nd file? Why did this happen? I don't have any backup, I checked versions of this file but there is no backup. It almost 13 hours when this happen. Please help. Thanks

i tried like this but i can get same message "excel cannot open the file '--'.xlsx" because the file format or file extension not valid. verify that the file has not been corrupted and that the file extension matches the format of the file.
