What is corrupted system drive hard drive? When you find your hard disk does not responding anymore , when you're trying to boot from it and then it stops and you can't access it.    Also, on a slightly related note, the screen on my Win 8 laptop stopped working, and I would like to retrieve the data from their as well.  Any recommendations? Thanks again!
