  11. sir, i lost my photos& videos while i only took my sd card out from my camera to PC, once i tried to check them PC showed me that my sd card is empty. i took it out a again to my dslr camera it showed nothing too. can i recover them by using this system too. thank u so much

  18. Unfortunately, it didn't work out in my case... I tried to scan three times, deep scanning, and at the end it shows that found 0 files (1116 ignored) 29,7GB in 36 minutes each scan. So... Why they were ignored?

  20. My hard drive is coming from my usb cable that is connected to my phone and from my charger. My usb comes up on my library but does not come up when using the app. What do I do?
