  1. So its taking a long time for the "quick" scan to finish, and it never finishes since after a while that you run the program, my laptop keeps freezing. I noticed since the first day i ran the program, so i have to turn off my laptop, turn in back on and run the program again, but it never finishes becaise it freezes everytime I run it... please help...I really need to retrieve some videos and pictures I accidently deleted ㅠ.ㅠ
