  1. i have a domain PC which a user, the save some files on his desktop and some files were corrupted and i did a recovery which revert the hard drive to factory default,

  2. If after the whole scan, there are files under the folder "Lost" (with X mark on the folder icon), does that mean the files there can't be recovered anymore? And I also want to ask if the 197GB were 100% of your lost data? or some were not recovered? Please answer. Thanks.
