Back-up would take unequal time from more than ten minutes to several hours. When the progress bar on the title bar vanishes, back-up of iPhone data is finished. 9. When Back-up is complete, please close iTunes and remove your iPhone from computer. 10. Now please open “iTools” software. 11. Click “Toolbox” 12. “iTunes Backup/Restore” 13. Double click the back-up data in pop-up window. 14. Enter into var/mobile/Applications/com.tencent.xin/, select the folder "Documents" and then click "export" button to export it 15. After exporting, please close iTools software 16. Now please open “Cok Wechat Recovery” 17.set WeChat type as "iOS(iPhone and iPad)" 18. Set data path as the folder "Documents" that is exported from iTools. 19.click "Read data" button. 20. choose a WeChat user that you want to view and then click "view chat history" button. 21. Now all the undeleted WeChat chat history is shown on the software interface.  22. We continue to click "File" "Recover deleted messages" menu. 23.
