Step 4: Go to Settings - Applications - Application Manager - Scroll Down and Click on WhatsApp Step 5: Click On "Clear Data" You see a pop-up window, then tap on "Clear" button Step 6: Open My Files and then tap on "Device Storage" Browse the following path Device Storage - WhatsApp - Databases Step 7: Long press on file named "msgstore.db.crypt12" and rename the file name to "backup-msgstore.db" and Click on "Rename" Step 8: Open WhatsApp and click on "Agree and Continue" Step 9: Enter Phone Number and Tap on "Next" Then "Ok" Step 10: You will receive 6 digit "OTP" on your phoneEnter the "OTP" on the box Step 11: Now click on "Restore" to retrieve deleted messages Step 12: You Can See message has been restore successfully Now Click On next Step 13: Enter your name and then click on "Next" Step 14: Choose "Never" by tap on Radio button and then Click on "Done" Step 15: Open the Conversation and You can see messages has been restored successfully.
