  2. I have no idea on what happened with my external hard drive. I just did not use my computer for a while and then everything got deleted by itself. I had almost 1TB full of content and then nothing. It's like my external hard drive deleted all files by itself and then reverted to a factory setting where the hard drive needs to be reformated again.
