1. For some reason, I do not seem to be able to select the folder boxes on the left, and so select all files at once. I can select individual files, which selects the box, but not select the boxes next to the blue folders. This is a problem because I seem to have tens of thousands of files inside thousands of embedded folders and selecting each individual file would be a nightmare. I am running 10.11.6, but have the same problem on 10.10! I have contacted tech support, but the person I am working with does not seem understand my situation.
