  6. Those with the newer version of Word. "Click file (at the top), then click 'Manage Documents'- you will then see 'Recover Unsaved Documents" - Click that and then click the file/s that come up. There it is.
    Btw, This worked for me even though I accidentally click - do not save by exiting the page. So this works and saved my life.

  7. I am with you til you get to App Data. I am using Word 2003 and don't have that option. Can anyone help? I do have autosave so I just need to know where to go to get my document. Thank you for any help.

  11. My file was saved in Appdata/Roaming/Microsoft/Word instead, so if you can't find it in the temps folder hope is not lost (or just search "asd" in your C:drive).
