  7. I had CryptoLocker ransomware on my PC a few days ago. But ID Ransomware said that it's "PClock (updated)". I needed to format my computer , after, I used the PClock decrypter but it says that I wasn't infected by PClock.... (Obviously I formatted it !) So it doesn't want to launch and shows an error message. I always have my encrypted files (jpg, pdf, etc) . What can I do ? (I've already tried everything : shadow copies (deleted by the virus), restauration system (deleted by the virus), I had no backup...
