  4. When I turn my computer on it goes right to a screen and asks for a password. I put the Hirens disk in and it still does the same thing. So far it hasn't done anything. Guess I am screwed ?
  5. Worked for my compaq 2500 laptop 2001 igb, will install wins xp then install remix os. I had to have herins cd and herins usb, that way i could reboot from cd to usb, that way freeing up the dvd drive, to reinstall xpwindpro , plus the password remover works better with herins usb, just saying. Reason for both herins the comp was not recognising usb but herins boot cd did , then just use plop manager to reboot to herins boot usb. and work from there, it helps to have a second working computor. Oh yea leave root tools on for about half hour hit enter 3 times , then you should install windowsxp.
  6. I have the Hirens disk but my problem is. when I turn on my PC it asks for a password. F12 or anything else I do will not let the computer bo/ot up.. In other words I can not get to any screen except the one that comes up when I turn the machine on. Any suggestions

  9. Those all programs are not going to work for newer laptops.
    Only for older laptops about 10 years
    Bios password (SVP) can be remove only if you change the bios chip(Soldering) or reprogramming bios chip with special device.
    Everything else wasting time and money.

  16. @Musicarta excume mine didn't work to... is hirens boot cd 15.2 works also in windows 8 because when im at the choices with the partition it says in the debug path... windows not fount??? is this issue already solved .... i read most of the comments and i dont know if they solved it already..?? please help thank you in advance :)

  20. The version of software used in the video is 13.1 and not 15.2 as claimed in the title of the video.
