Back up your data regularly and store backup away from any computer. 2. Be very careful when opening email attachments and DON’T open attachments from unknown source. 3. Have a good antivirus security setup. Example: SecureAPlus Malarebytes Pro, Firewall. 4. Keep your computer fully updated with the latest security updates. 5. Don’t use you Administrator account as default, use standard account. 6. Show hidden file extensions of files, example: .exe 7. Don’t download programs from untrusted sites. 8. Don’t update via a popup message, go to manufactures webs site and check update there first. 9. Block .exe files in email. There is no need to receive .exe files via email. 10. Don’t open suspicions files, upload them to virustotal.com. 11. Don’t install cracked or pirated software. 12. Do NOT pay the ransom!

thank you dear bro for this video but i did everything u said and no use so i formatted only c partition cause i had important files in the other partitions and still i have the same problem even after i formatted the c so is there any other way that will help me and prevent me from formatting the whole computer cause i really need those files and i have an example here of really dear pictures to me that have been changed in the ext and even name

im verry sad, all my files ares crypted maybe by " cerber 3" , i loose more than 3 to of my work entire my life !!!!!!! photographie 8 years, logos 5 years, print , draw, digital painting, podcast, video tutaurials, document word i was writing 2 books !

i cant contact the hacker for give him money !
and whan i erase the virus, after 3 days i loose all my files in sd card !!!!!!!!!

easus recover a bad file, in bad extention unreadable

in the message they seay its "cerber" !!!!!
all tools from antiviruus dont work !!!!
