    My computer has got similar virus. I tried to delete all the files with name README.bmp and two other files associated with it.
    My computer got virus on 09/08/2016 and now all the folders and files have got same date.
    I previously deleted suspected files from program files but then I found your videos so again followed your steps but didn't find any suspicious files. Could you please help me to remove this virus from my computer?
