  2. I know this video is from 2015, but I searched and found this video earlier this week because I don't want an update from Android 6 to 7. I have found a solution for this problem today. I hope this will help all others who have the same problem.
    No root needed!

    Go to Settings => Applications
    Right click on the 3 dots
    In this menu click on "System View"
    Now you will also see the system apps in the list
    Click on Updater => Storage => Clear data
    Go back to the list of apps
    Click Config Updater => Storage => Clear data
    Go back to the list of apps
    Click Download Management => Storage => Clear data
    The message for the system update will be gone.
