  6. I fixed my USB. Heres what you can do.

    So what I did was click on Initialize. Then I didnt click the USB itself, but the USB Hard Drive. In my case, it is SansDisk. Now, I went to Erase, Format as Mac OS (Journaled) , and Scheme as Apple Partition Map, and Erase. After that, my USB started working again!
