  5. I have to know my password if i want to download smth to my mac but i didnt even set a password and mac wants the password. Any solution about that ?
  6. great tutorial... I followed all your instruction however after logging in with newly created admin acct. I was asked to enter "Master Password" when resetting old locked Admin acct. thus I was unable to change new password =< btw it was El Capital OS. I was also confuse if firevauld was turned ON because I was able to view "Macintosh HD" but unable to view old admin acct. via "ls /Users" the old admin account wont show.

  11. it's loading as normal it shows the back screen and then the apple sign in pressed command + S at the same time before it showed the apple. what is wrong with it lol

  13. Unfortunately, it's not working for me either. I have iMac with El Capitan and no discs. I'm able to get into the mode you show, but the commands don't work and I keep getting "No such file or directory". Any thoughts?
  14. doesnt work for me. just goes as a normal startup
  15. When I type rm /var/db/ .applesetupdone , it says no such file or directory and after typing shutdown -h now my computer shuts off and doesn't restart.

  17. comand s is not worlking for me, the black screen flashes then it loads normaly, I am on a macbook pro
