  4. So... I had his phone bug that happened for quite some time now.
    My friends recommended a factory reset.
    And so I did...
    The problem followed my current reset anyways ;;

  13. Hello to everyone including the YouTube guy who made this video. My phone was going well today I had a little problem and that was with the phone not allowing me to access myself into Samsung. I have a Galaxy Note 2 and I watched many videos and even looked up information on how to and what I need to do in-order to get it by working again. This video helped me alot and it's NO JOKE.     I have a Galaxy Note 2 I want to prepare for sale, and "Settings" doesn't look like yours. I can't find "Factory Reset" anywhere.
