  2. Hi i have a question about the q7 model when i start the box there pops a a text "android" and stuckst at the text and the hard reset doesnt work for me there just comes a dead android what is lying down can you help me maybe ?? what can or should i do to fix that problem

  8. I have problem with my android tv box, cs918 , he was working very well, but after i shutdown, and then turned him on, he was in
    standby mode red light, and he cant go blue....I am clicking button to power on him but he just stay's in red light mode , and your remote control doesnt work anymore

  12. hi there guys any help would be great . my cs918 just has black screen got to the android bot with red triangle then accidently pulled the power cable out and now cant get to it ' I just have black screen now. hard reset doesn't work , you hold the button in at the bottom and the power button goes down with it so your unable to press it while holding recovery down.
  13. Hi, my Android TV is not recognizing the hard reset.. The screen remains in "Android" and never start. I already try to press the reset botom but is not working... Did you have this problem before???
  14. Thank you! My android got stuck for a day. I had the FBI virus. It's lets you buy a itunes gift card for a $100 dollars. I couldn't afford it and It was a virus.
  15. I struggled to get in to recovery mode for days. Finally got it by plugging in a keyboard or remote control of some kind via USB. I have the Rii pancake style. Once you get to the dead Android guy with the red triangle press the VOLUME UP key. This gets you in to the recovery mode. You can navigate there using the up/down keys. I've wiped data/factory reset but stuck at "E:failed to mount /mnt/external_sd (No such device)". It didn't reboot like I thought it would. That's where I'm at now. I'll figure it out eventually.
  16. Hi,I tried to reset the way you did in this video but the start button did NOT turn blue when pressed. Is there another way to reset the Q7 tv box please?

  20. may be a daft question but once you get into recovery how do you navigate up and down and select options as my remote does nothing are you using a wireless keyboard? thanks
