A low life looking for kicks hacked my server and disabled all local user accounts.  This program quickly and easily allowed me to reset administrator password.  Once logged back in, was able to reactivate all local accounts; didn't need to anything else.  Up and running 100%, no loss of data or functionality.  It works exactly as stated.  Note your reset password will be different than that shown in video.
