  6. no not at allinsert media Some files are missing . your windows installation or recovery media will provide these files
  7. mine says could not find the recovery environment and ask to insert your windows installation or recovery media..I don't have one

    one query (if i choose option-2 "Remove everything and reinstall windows" so this remove all files from only C drive or full laptop Clean)?
    because i was try to refresh my laptop the (first option) but not refresh it's getting error & also not restore setting work

    i want to reset only C drive can u please help me...

  14. i have been there done that,But I still can't connect to refresh,as i need a DISC..My TOSHIBA Laptop does not have a Disc,..So how do i refresh my LAPTOP without a DISC..Just had New Hard Drive put in..Any ideas people..
