If you would like to return your computer back to the condition if was when it left the manufactures factory, then this video is for you. You will need the OS disk that came with your computer and is a match to the sticker on the computer case.   9. hi bro , i have an hp dv6700 wich i did a change of os and put win 7 it all look good till i notices i have a bug on my sound software , it says that i have none and my hardware its missing ....i trying all drivirs i just intal win 8 and did the same prob .. i dont have an factory disco what can i do in this problem

  13. if there's technical issues and you are not able to access computer, can you insert flash drive or portable hard drive to save any data that was already stored in the computer before inserting recovery disc?
  14. will this work for a recovery drive you burnt off ? using the manufacturer's media recovery creation tool ?

  19. my plan is to install Windows Vista first because I have Windows 7 but it's an update only so I have to have an operating system already on my computer before I install it. do I need to do all the updates for Windows Vista if I'm just planning on installing Windows 7 right after?
  20. I got an question, when you go to documents there is normaly an disk Named Recovery, and i dont have it, i think somehow i deleted it, is there a way to get it back?
