  11. hello .. i did this yesterday .. but first it takes 6 hr to reach 60% abd than it stoped to 75% for 3hrs than i shutdown .... may i know hpw much time it take to recovery ???

  14. I have a sony vaio all in one desktop computer that has viruses. I have tried several times to do a factory reset without recovery disks and its asking me for some sort of picture to use in order to factory restore. I have no idea what they are referring too .
  15. I did the restore process and now when the computer comes on it says Windows could not complete the installation. To install Windows on this computer,restart the installation. How do I restart it if I can't get passed this screen? Any help would be appreciated thanks

  17. Thank u so much for this video!! Everything was on point! I liked how u recorded everything bc that way I was able to see what to expect my computer to do and not to freak out! I have a Sony vaio as well and I couldn't get my computer to work for a month even after 6 attempts on talking to Microsoft and Sony support. And after watching your video, within 2 hours my computer was running. I got much better feedback from u than from their "fancy" and pricey technical support! Thanks again!
