  1. didn't work for me. In MacOS Sierra is not difficult to find the Library and then Caches... but, at least in my Mac, there aren't any temporary files there

  3. I'm on El Capitan (10.11.6) and latest update of Office for Mac. I'm not seeing the "TemporaryItems" folder. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. But was able to access the Library as you provided in your instructions.
