  1. why the kies 3 say that the model information that i have entered cannnot be verifiedi i have put the correct model and the s/n why its always say it cant be virefied ? pls pls pls pls pls help me
  2. I have the SM-N910A, when i enter the model number and the serial number it says to check the model number and reenter? Any ideas? Cant find this firmware on Samsung website nor on the Sammobile website?
