Startup Repair is really a Windows recovery tool that may fix certain system issues that might prevent Windows from starting. Startup Repair scans your laptop for your problem then attempts to repair it so your pc may turn correctly. Startup Repair is amongst the recovery tools from the System Recovery Options menu. This set of tools can be found on your laptop's hard disk drive and also on the Windows installation disc.
