  6. hey i run into problem while trying to do a system restore, now am stuck and my laptop won't go past a screen that says "The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an expected error, windows installation cannot process. To install windows, click ok to restart and then restart the installation'' have tried many times to click but it won't go past this screen, what should i do,
