  15. sir I have a different problem and if there is no other way to fix it then I will have to do the factory reset then. in fact, I know my password but after locking my tablet, i can't access it anymore because when I touch the screen my keyboard comes and disappear right away. i can't type anything. is there anyway to fix without doing the factory reset because O care for my data. thanks
