And what you need to do is resetting Windows 8/ 8.1 password. Steps are as follows. Step 1: On anyone workable computer, open the browser. Download and install iSumsoft Windows Password Refixer on the computer. Free download this tool from http://www.isumsoft.com/windows-password-refixer/ Step 2: Run this tool. Insert a removable device. Follow its guide to burn this tool into a USB flash drive or CD-ROM so that you can get a bootable Windows password reset disk. Step 3: Boot your locked Dell laptop from this bootable disk. Step 4: Once laptop boots up, select the target Windows 8 /8.1 and the account whose password you forgot. Then click the Reset Password button. Step 5: Windows 8 /8.1 password should be reset to blank. Then click the Reboot button and exit the bootable USB or CD-ROM drive. The Dell laptop will restart normally and get unlocked. You can log onto Windows 8 /8.1 without password.
