This tutorial video will show you the easiest method to unlock the HTC One bootloader. You must first download a zip file containing a folder that has necessary files including drivers and fastboot files. Keep in mind unlocking your bootloader will COMPLETELY wipe your device. Data and internal storage will be completely wiped.   1. Hey mate I need help. I bought HTC m7 from ebay it has a buggy Developer rom and Im not having reception on my phone when I do I says Limited service. Im trying to unlock the boot loader everything works fine and when I come to unlock it it gives me this error. I have tried both on mac and windows 7. keep ending up with same issues ;( it gonna cost me alot to send it back so Im trying to get it going myself please help and other thing is I do not have S-ON or S-OFF at all. It is not appearing at all in Bootloader screen and fastboot screen so sure this is something to do with the rom. No luck for me

  4. this is so frustrating, i want to install a new os version, and its telling me to unlock my boot loader, so i youtubed you to get some clarity. I was on point with the directions so far until you went to the boot loader in the phone. You selected fast boot then plugged in your USB cable and it recognized however mine didnt, that is impossible because my drivers work for htc, when i exitted the recovery mode, it automatically says htc recognized and ready for use, why cant i access htc folder to my pc when it is in recovery mode

  7. Brother, I tried to reset my Htc desire 816 and after sometimes it took me to the boot menu. Now, when I click any boot menu option (Fastboot, Recovery, factory reset) it takes me to a blank screen and nothing is happening. Please, help me. How can I turn my phone on? Is there any way? Please

  11. i was trying to unlock bootloader of htc 526 g plus bt by mistake i click on firmware upgrade with unlock scatter file now my phone was totally dead i trying to flash it but there was no showing connection for flash what can do now?

    i have flash my rom drive and not taken any back. but now i have torol back to my stock rom again.
    can you tell me which recovery .img file i have to user?
    and which RUU file i have to user.?
