This video will show you how to run an RUU on your PC to return your HTC One back to stock. This video shows a Sprint HTC One, however this method should work just fine for other carriers once an RUU becomes available. I will link to all available RUU's at my site in the link below.   5. Hello Tim,

    I am not a "cellphone" specialist however I am an IT specialist on both Windows and Linux based PC systems. I am trying this video for my sister-in-law. Her phone is "bricked" I don't get the same menu you have up. There is no fastboot as an option. The HTC phone on power up defaults to a white screen with; Status = modified, LOCKED, and S-ON. The options are; reboot, reboot to bootloader, boot to download mode, boot to recovery, power down. All of these options are non-functional.

    When I "volume down+power" I get the "HTC download mode" menu. Status = LOCKED, S-ON, OS-3.41.651.31 The options are; system info, show barcode, reboot to bootloader, reboot to download mode, reboot, and power down. None of these options are going anywhere either.

    This is a Sprint phone so I downloaded the RUU. I plan to try it without the fastboot option. I will let you know if it works or not. Personally your video is one of the better HTC unbrick videos as most are constantly out of focus, have no instructional audio, and/or no links to needed software.

    About the only criticism I have is your talking too fast and I have to replay too often, I would rather you posted a longer video keeping a slower pace. Thus viewers with little to no IT experience must find your process too overwhelming. Thanks.

  16. Hello ! I´m facing a problem with my international HTC One X and need some help. Almost 4 weeks ago I unlocked the mobile to flash another ROM, which I had some years ago on my HTC Wizard at least three times. After unlock, after read some posts and following one of these posts I tried to root the One X and than...crash.
    Since than just unlocked bootloader. Asked to some guys that said it is possible to be fixed. They tried but with no success. Now bootloader shows Endeavouru PVT ship S-On R1. No idea how to proceed. Tks for help !
