  18. Would there have been another method to reset the phone to factory without deleting any data ? I think I bricked my phone but now I'm following your steps to reset my phone. I'm Glad that I saved my phones files a while ago. And I need my Phone as soon as possible because my parents are mot so cool with that, that i can't use my phone anymore and I have it since 1 1/2 months

    but if i type SM-A500F it can find it but the S/N is does not match
