    when upgrading from windows 7 to 8 from vista to 7 from XP to anything you will find some strange things because sometimes the drivers fail to transfer from your old windows to your new one, in case you have to go to your computer website, for instance, Dell and download the new windows drivers and everything will run smoothly again. sometimes when you upgrade from windows vista to 7 or from 7 to 8 or from 8 to 10 it gives you an error message saying "Your PC can't run windows 7/8/10" In this case you have to find your motherboard model and then you search for a BIOS upgrade and then upgrade your BIOS. Let's say we wanna upgrade Dell INSPIRON N1771 BIOS, you have to go to dell website and find Dell INSPIRON N1771 BIOS upgrade and then you have to close all taps and leave it to upgrade and when it's finally finished, you can now Upgrade your computer to windows 7/8/10.

  17. Just for laughs I upgraded Vista x32 to 7 x32 on a 4GB computer.  The available RAM is still about 3 Gb with the rest on reserve.  Just go to 7 or 10 x64. Remember, any PC which can run Vista, typically runs 7 or 10 better.
