  9. good info. other vids show you can type 'reset ' in search box & follow the steps, but that way didn't work in my case. the f11 method seems to find the partition with the win10 on it easier & worked much better. thumbs up

  13. I tried this method but during the resetting it didn't finish and another blue screen popping up stating:
    "there was a problem resetting your PC."
    and showed a cancel button. Then I restarted the laptop and I can no longer see the login screen to my laptop. It just shows the HP logo start up but then shuts down and restarts again. It does this over and over till I Force shut it off. I need some help! I need this laptop for college and it would be troublesome to buy a new one so please if anyone can help it will be greatly appreciated!!
